1. General conditions
These general conditions of purchase are applicable to all our online orders. By ordering from our site, you accept our general terms and conditions.

All our prices are in Euro, inclusive of VAT (19%) and exclusive of shipping costs.
All prices are per item unless otherwise indicated.
The prices at our webshop are current prices and may be changed at any time.
4. Product information
All our products are handmade. This means there can be slight variation in given color, design and measurement. This makes every piece unique.
If there are different options in color or size, it is mentioned at the product page.
5. Order information
After you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. If you haven´t received a confirmation in your mailbox, please check your junk mail first or send us a message.
Your order will be send after we have received the payment. The order will be set aside for you for maximum 5 days. If we haven´t received the payment by then, your order will be cancelled without any notification.
If the item isn´t available anymore, we will notify you by mail and transfer the money back to your account. We also offer you the possibility to change the item for another one of the same price category.
6. Payment method
You can choose between following payment methods:
- by Paypal : a safe and easy way to pay online
- by credit card (VISA, American Express, MasterCard)
- by Sofort payment: a fast and safe based on the principles of a bank transfer
- by Giropay: a popular bank transfer payment method in Germany
- by EPS: the most popular payment method in Austria
- by bank transfer : on our bank account, mentioning your order number.

Do keep in mind that if you choose to pay by bank transfer your order will be reserved until we have received the payment. Once the full amount has been received, you will be sent your order. We will reserve your order for 10 days. If we haven´t received the payment by then the item will be up for sale again. So do make sure you don´t wait too long with your payment.
7. Shipping information
If you choose to send the item by post you have to pay the shipping costs. The shipping costs are different to each country. We will notify you the price in the confirmation letter
We always aim at delivering your order as soon as possible. Once we have received the payment we will start sending your order within 2 working days. Gabilo is not responsible for any delays by events that we cannot or do not control.
The delivery time depends on your shipping country. In Europe, this usually takes 2 to 5 working days. For orders outside Europe, the delivery time varies and can be anywhere between a week and 4 weeks.
All our packages are sent by DHL and FedEx. In case you are not home while the package is delivered, a notification will be left in your mailbox and you will have to pick it up yourself at the post office. If you don´t pick your package up on time, it will be sent back to us and you will have to pay the sending costs again.
Gabilo is not responsible if you have given us a wrong delivery address. Extra charges can be held.
8. Time for reflection and returns
Once you receive the item, you have a time for reflection of 14 calendar days for all products bought from Filosophie. This period starts as soon as you or someone assigned by you has received the goods. During this period we expect you to handle the goods carefully. The right to cancel the purchase is not possible when the product and the package material are no longer original, undamaged and unused.
When you want to return the purchase, you must inform us by e-mail within 14 calendar days following the day of delivery of the goods mentioning your order number. We will then give you a return authorization number which must be clearly mentioned on the package when you send it back to us. Also a return form must be included inside the package, mentioning your name and order number. If you wish to apply for a return, please send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out the contact form.
The goods must be returned undamaged, unused and in their original state at the very latest 14 days after notifying us. Please note that the purchaser pays the shipping costs of the returned goods. Under stamped or not stamped shipments are always refused and will be sent back to the purchaser. The items can also be returned in one of our shops.
After receiving the goods and checking them we will pay back the cost price of the goods. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. The refunds will be completed within 10 days after receiving your return.
Cancelling the purchase is not subject to any fines and a reason must not be given.
You can also exchange the item. For example, if the size of a dress or a jacket is too small or too large, you can change the item for a different size.
You do need to send us a written message within 14 days after receiving the goods that you want to exchange the item (color/size) and for which item you would like to change it for. If you wish to apply for an exchange, please send a message to email@example.com or fill out the contact form.
Exchange items will only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received with a completed exchange form and have undergone a quality control check. Before we send the new item, you have to pay the shipping costs.
Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box/package with tags on, unworn, unwashed and unaltered.

Please note: We are unable to take any returns or exchanges online for items that have been bought in one of our offline stores.
9. Damaged or incorrect items
We always take great care in packing and checking our items for mistakes before sending them to their new owner. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, please notify us via e-mail within 2 business days of receiving the merchandise. We will immediately check whether we have a replacement item in stock. Please keep the original box and packaging materials in the case of damage. The goods must be returned in their original state at the very latest 7 days after delivery.
A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt – with the condition that merchandise has not been used or damaged and has all tags attached.
All personal information is considered confidential and will not be shared with thirds. Your personal data will only be used in order to finalize your order.
11. Applicable law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Germany and the relevant court of Antwerp will have exclusive jurisdiction.
Alexey Gabilo has the right to change the general terms and conditions.
